CEO & Managing Director

David is an accomplished Chartered Engineer, Lead Auditor and Certified Manufacturing Practitioner, with an Honours Degree in Metallurgy, his career has been spent operating internationally within premium automotive OEM brands including Austin, MINI, Rover, MG, Jaguar, Land-Rover, Range-Rover, BMW, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Navistar International. He has also collaborated on new model programmes with Lotus Cars, FSO (Fabryka Samochodow Osobowych), Honda Motors and PSA Peugeot and Citroen.

He has operated extensively at senior level within Production Operations, Quality functions, Manufacturing Engineering and Technical Support divisions, deploying a coaching-style of management and leadership of both hourly-paid and salaried Teams for over three-decades.

He has a proven track record of project managing high-profile new product introductions of major vehicle and powertrain launches at Rover Group, BMW Group, Jaguar Land Rover and Navistar, Inc.; the key challenges being to ensure that delivery and quality targets are rigorously achieved within budget and implemented to the agreed plan. His roles have involved the specifying, sourcing, procuring, and managing capital equipment and production components from an extensive network of suppliers into OEM facilities across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.

His technical competence and experience gives him solid corporate business acumen that can adapt to a complex, fast-paced automotive engineering environment. Applying his passion and knowledge within the fields of engineering, manufacturing, materials and quality has enabled him to become an authoritative figure and play an active role as an industry specialist and an automotive consultant.
